The system works with 2 different complementary systems, remote control (by which the person in charge can remotely control the locking of different firearms), and the directional blocking (the firearm may have a directional sensor that automatically blocks if the user points out of the safe zone).
Portable control unit with which the instructor controls the weapons
Installed on your smartphone, allowing easy management of the system
Tamper-proof locking devices integrated into the users’ weapons that respond to the LRC
A fully customizable system designed to adapt to the user’s specific needs and training routines.
The SSR requires no modifications to the shooting range or electrical installations, as it operates on its own battery power and communicates wirelessly.
The Shooting Lock Direction is a solution to mitigate the risk of shooting across preestablisched lanes or negligent muzzle management. It is only possible to shoot at an established point thus controlling muzzle direction and muzzle elevation.
The system ensures that the shooter may only shoot at his target and if a threshold is exceeded the firearm is disabled, making a correct practice session free of risks. It ensures a safe and a proper use of firearms reducing accidents such as those produced by stray bullet, bounced cartridges tower the ground, firing above the embankment.
Users can define Safe Dynamic Training Areas, ensuring participants can only fire in designated safe zones, or aim in a non-approved direction, the system automtically locks their firearms.
Its installation is compatible with the remote control system and can be used in both indoor and outdoor shooting ranged without affecting its functionallity. It locks firearms automatically according to predertemined configured opening angles:
Opening angle: Left/ right direction
Angle of incline: Superior/ inferior tilt
It also locks automatically when an obstacle interposes between the shooter and its target, that is, when an obstacle is in the firing line, the firearm is unable to fire.
